Terms of Service
These terms apply to the HAL SUPREME public website and the features that are explicitly available. They do not activate payments, production accounts, unlisted service commitments, or a public investment offer.
Using the public preview
Do not cause harm
Do not use HAL to break the law, violate rights, compromise systems, evade safeguards, distribute malware, harass people, or submit information you do not have permission to share.
No unlisted commitment
Features can change, pause, be rate limited, or be removed. A preview, roadmap item, configuration, or public capability description is not a promise that a provider or paid service is available.
Services, payments, and ownership
Direct HAL checkout is currently disabled. Any paid engineering engagement needs a separate agreed scope, exclusions, price, access boundary, and acceptance check through the stated platform. Draft prices, checkout screens, or subscription plans do not create a purchase.
HAL SUPREME site design, original films, music, images, and project materials remain owned by their applicable creator unless a separate license says otherwise. You retain rights to material you are authorized to provide. Sharing public links is welcome; do not represent HAL's work as your own or re-upload protected material without permission.
Third-party services and responsibility
Cloudflare, AI model providers, Google, YouTube, PayPal, Play, GitHub, Contra, Upwork, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability is outside HAL's control.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the public service is provided as available without warranties, and HAL SUPREME is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying on experimental output. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
