The public chat interface keeps conversation history in local browser storage so it can reopen on the same device. It is stored in your browser until you clear chats or browser data.

This policy explains how the current HAL SUPREME public website and chat process information, and clearly separates live features from identity, payment, music, video, and sandbox features that have not launched.
Who operates HAL

Chat and public website data
Message processing
Messages you send are transmitted to HAL's edge service and to the AI model providers selected to create the response. Do not send passwords, access tokens, financial account details, or information you are not permitted to share.
Operational records
HAL's structured edge log can record route, response status, mode, authentication type, degraded state, and elapsed time. That structured log does not include message content or IP addresses. Cloudflare can process network identifiers for delivery, security, rate limiting, and human-verification checks under its own terms.
Identity, workspaces, and creator tools
Production Google account creation is not enabled on the public site today.
A bounded identity test can derive an opaque HAL user identifier from a verified Google sign-in, create a logical workspace identifier, and store session timestamps and status. Its product database is designed not to store the raw Google subject, email address, OAuth credential, prompts, or voice bytes. This test is not a personal compute sandbox and is not yet a production account service.
Music and video generation, persistent uploads, personal cloud sandboxes, and paid creator credits are not enabled on the public site. Their data categories, retention, provider sharing, moderation, and deletion behavior must be added here before those features launch.
Payments
Direct HAL checkout is currently disabled. If web payments are enabled later, PayPal will process the payment information under PayPal's policies; HAL should receive only the identifiers and status needed to reconcile a purchase or subscription. Android digital purchases will not use PayPal inside the app and require a separate Google Play Billing disclosure and entitlement gate.
Your choices
You can clear public chat history from HAL's settings or from your browser. The current process for local history and supervised identity-test requests is described on the account deletion page. You may contact us to ask what HAL-associated data exists for you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.
This service is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date before they apply.
