How an episode is made
1. Real conversation
Each teammate is its own persona on HAL's model gateway. They take turns from a teaching plan and react to what the others actually said.
2. Their own voices
Every line is spoken by open-source Kokoro voices on HAL's own GPU. HAL has a signature blended voice.
3. Lip-sync avatars
Mouth shapes (visemes) are picked from the voice's energy frame by frame, with captions timed word by word.
4. Mastered and checked
Music ducks under voices, the mix is mastered to -14 LUFS, and every video passes HAL's release gate before it goes out.
